Memory test

I just did that from memory. I've succeeded in memorizing it for the first time in my life. Yes, I know it's not much of an accomplishment, but it's something I've been trying to do, and I've managed to finally do it.

I am happy. At least for the next 30 or so seconds.

I used to be a lot better at it than I am now. I blame all those "memory saving" devices, like ... well, smartphones and such. But c'est la vie. They are with us to stay, and I'm going to make use of them.

So... write a song using those words in order! ;)

That'd be something, wouldn't it? I think it'd have to be a country or bluegrass song, though.

(That's how I memorized it, incidentally. Problem is, I only know them in scansion and rhythm.)

Yeah, that's the trouble with "mnemonics" like that. ;-)

My thought was more along the lines of a story-song. Probably set in the deep south (delta) about a guy smuggling drugs (kilo) from South America (Lima). It would have to involve a plane (November), and worrying about it's clock being synced to Universal Time (zulu). The Caribbean Islands could be referred to as "West India". Of course, the law would be involved (uniform), probably with high-tech drug detection equipment (x-ray).

Still working on the details...
