Ten ways I can motivate myself to do the "Daily Practice"*

  1. Read more of James Altucher's blog.

  2. Think of ways to make physical exercise fun.

  3. Read the Tao Te Ching.

  4. Make a list of ten ways that physical exercise will make me feel better.

  5. Make a list of ten people to which I wish to express gratitude.

  6. Re-read "How to be the luckiest person alive".

  7. Make it a game: track achievements on a chart or in a spreadsheet.

  8. Think of small rewards I can give myself for successfully accomplishing each practice each day.

  9. Set a timer.

  10. Each day, remember how good it felt the day before.

*Minimum of ten minutes each day tending to the physical body, the mind, the emotions, and the spirit.
